Robot Monster Vintage Movie Poster

Robot Monster Vintage Movie Poster

The Robot Monster is a vintage 1953 science fiction film directed by Phil Tucker and starred George Nader and Claudia Barrett. The movie tells the story of how mankind is nearly wiped out by a Martian monster known as Ro-Man using a death ray. As one of six surviving humans, young Johnny confronts Ro-Man while others race to find existing stocks of serum that prevents them from succumbing to radiation disease.

Though not well received when it initially premiered, its stature has grown over time with critics often classifying it among the best “worst” movies ever made due to its cheesy special effects and thin plotline-- factors which led to memorable poster prints being created for promotional purposes.
