1. Compliance with KVKK:** Arthipo's privacy principles are carried out within the scope of and in full compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Confidentiality of Membership Information:** Our customers' membership and personal information are kept strictly confidential. This information cannot be viewed or shared by any unauthorized third party or institution.
3. Payment Security:** All information regarding our customers' payment processes is protected by the highest level of security protocols.
4. No Card Data Retention:** No information regarding credit cards or similar payment methods is stored or retained in our systems. Sensitive data, including card PINs/passwords, is never visible to us. All payment and sales transactions are carried out independently of the Arthipo infrastructure via secure banking systems and intermediary payment gateways. All transactions performed by customers are encrypted end-to-end using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
5. Cancellation of Membership and Data Deletion:** Our customers have the right to terminate their membership at any time. Upon request for membership cancellation, all personal data belonging to the customer will be completely deleted from the Arthipo database.
6. Commercial Communications and Consent:** Arthipo campaign, newsletter, and promotional notifications are strictly subject to customer explicit consent. Our customers will not receive informational messages unless they provide consent; even if they have consented, they can opt-out of these notifications at any time without stating any reason.
7. Policy Updates:** Arthipo **reserves the right to update, amend, and renew** this privacy policy in line with legislative changes or new services. The updated policy becomes effective as of the date it is published on our website.
