ARTHIPO CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Every Buyer shopping on Arthipo is deemed to have accepted these terms.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The notification of withdrawal must be sent to Arthipo in writing (via email or support panel) within this period.

The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

a) Custom-Made Production:

The right of withdrawal is not valid (except for defects or damages) for custom-sized canvas prints, oil painting reproductions, and custom-framed products that are printed on-demand according to the Buyer's personal requests.

b) Digital Content:

Returns and cancellations cannot be made for high-resolution digital image downloads and intangible goods delivered instantly in the electronic environment.

The Buyer can completely cancel the order before the physical product goes into production or is shipped. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed back to the Buyer's card within 5 (five) days.

The Buyer must inspect the product in front of the courier. For products damaged during shipping (torn, broken), a "Damage Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) must be issued by the courier. If this report is provided, return and replacement shipping costs belong to Arthipo, and a new product will be sent as soon as possible.

In cases where the right of withdrawal is valid, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer's account or credit card within 5 (five) days after the returned product reaches the seller. The Buyer does not pay shipping costs if the return is made using Arthipo's contracted shipping code.
