La Jetee Movie Poster

La Jetee Movie Poster

The La jetée movie poster features the imagery from Chris Marker's 1962 French science fiction film. The post-apocalyptic narrative is known for its innovative use of still images to tell a story, and this visual style also manifests in the promotional material. Director Chris Marker utilizes haunting black-and-white visuals, with actors Davos Hanich and Hélène Chatelain adorning most prints. This cult classic falls into the experimental genre and has inspired many other filmmakers.
